All repairs done by Kelowna Instruments come with a 1 year warranty. The customer is responsible for freight costs both to and from their selected Kelowna Instruments Service Center. The estimated turn-around time is one day after the arrival of the cluster at the Kelowna Instruments Service Center, however this may be subject to postal service selected by customer.
