This is a repair and return service for your existing module. You will need to remove the module from the vehicle and ship it to our facility for repair. The module you will receive back will be your original unit and will not require any sort of reprogramming to the vehicle as all of your original data will remain the same.
What Issues Does This Repair Service Fix?
As the Totally Integrated Power Module is responsible for so many functions within the vehicle we require diagnostics be performed by a mechanic showing where in the factory repair manual it instructs them to replace the TIPM. This allows our technicians to ensure that we're addressing your specific concerns. Failing to provide this information will limit our ability to address your issues. Please also note that this module is incredibly susceptible to experiencing fluid intrusion. In the case of fluid intrusion we find that most situations are repairable, however certain levels of damage caused by fluid intrusion are not repairable and will require replacement of the TIPM. Any fluid intrusion related repairs may be subject to additional costs. If your unit shows signs of fluid intrusion our technicians will contact you before proceeding with any repairs.
