We've been a bit quiet on our social media posts so far in 2026. However it's for a good reason! We've been hard at work not only expanding the list of modules we're able to repair. But also we've been working on a new website for Kelowna Instruments. We've built this website with a few core principals in mind:
1 - Provide a better user experience to our customers
From tools such as the vehicle selector as well as the ability to pay for your repairs online we believe that we've created the ultimate user experience for our customers. We wanted to get with the times and ensure that we are providing the most modern experience possible for our customer base while still ensuring that for customers who want do business in a more traditional method that we're not rocking the boat for them any.
2 - Provide a platform that we can use to educate our customers
We wanted to provide a method to allow us to educate customers on the issues their modules might be facing to ensure that whether we're discussing the issues you're having or the inquiries you might have, that we're all using the same terminology. This allows us to better address the needs of customers and provide resources that can help customers to get solutions to their issues faster.
3 - Ensure that the web is the most convenient way to find the information customers need about our services
We all hate websites that lack the information we need. We've tried our best to ensure that all of the information needed to get your module shipped to us or viewing details of our warranty, or even reading about how we're repairing your module is as easy to find as possible.
While our team has worked hard to create this website and ensure it's as good as we could possibly make it we also understand that we're human and we make mistakes. As a result if you should find a bug on this website such as a repair for an F150 being listed under a F350, a spelling mistake, or you're not able to find the information you need as easily as you would hope, please don't hestitate to contact us. Rarely is the first revision of an idea ever perfect and so your feedback is beyond valuable when it comes to ensuring that we're working towards making the industry's best resource for any module related questions you may have.
Please also note that while we've tried to ensure we have the best quality photos for every module we repair we're still lacking a fair few photos of the modules. We're hoping to fill those in over time until we're all caught up there.
We'd like to take the time to thank all of our customers. Without your continued support we wouldn't be able to do what we do. Whether it's exploring new repairs, streamlining repair experiences with advancements like this website or developing diagnostic tools to further increase our capabilities; these are all things we can do because of you.
